We collect the following data everytime you visit the TimeFerret website: the date and time of your visit, which browser you use and the operating system you use to access the site, the URL of the site that you previously visited (in case you were referred to our website through a link on a different website) and the quantity of the transmitted data.
We collect your personal data such as email, name and other voluntary information submitted by you when you contact us with a question that you may have about our product/services. We use this information in order to follow-up with you and to help solve your problem or answer your question.
We collect app usage data in order to refine and improve your user experience in the app. We collect this data anonymously and do not include any tracking information that can be used to identify you. We do collect aggregate, anonymous information about your device such as the os version, make and model of the device as this provides us with data on what kinds of devices our users are using. This aggregate information is used to optimise the app for these specific device types and models. We do not collect or store data about your personal preferences that you set in the TimeFerret app Settings. We collect information about the buttons you click on, the device you use to access the app, the device’s unique device identifier, operating system, device language, device region, device time zone, device keyboards settings, push notification token and mobile network information. We collect this information so that we can easily troubleshoot any problems that arise, and to improve the app’s design, performance and security.
We use Firebase Analytics, a third party service that allows us to record events that occur within the app. These events may include the start and end of user sessions, navigating to different screens within the app and clicks of buttons in the app. These will not include any of your private calendar or contacts data. We use this data to identify and improve popular features within the app.
We do not collect demographic data such as Age, Gender and Interests. We collect some user-related data such as: the App Store from which the app was downloaded and installed, the version and bundle of the installed app, the country of residence of the user, brand name and category of the mobile device, the hour of the day when the user first opened the app, the language setting of the user’s device, the operating system of the device and the last time that the app was opened on the device.
In cases where the app crashes, we will record a report of this crash the next time the app is used. This will not include any of your private calendar or contacts data, but will include information about what part of the app software was faulty. App crash reports will not include personally identifiable information. This means that when the app crashes on your phone, we will not know that it was your phone, but only that the app crashed on somebody’s phone.
For users in the European Economic Area, this data is transferred out of the area to the US. We use adequate measures to ensure that your data is protected.
We do not deliberately or knowingly collect data from children below the age of 13. Our website and mobile app are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 will require the express permission of their parents or legal guardians to use our website and app.
